HR Data Business Analyst
Full-time | Eindhoven, Lommel or Amersfoort | Hybrid

As an HR Data Business Analyst, you will work closely with HR stakeholders (e.g. HR Operations, Talent, Learning &amp; Development, Compensation &amp; Benefits) and other business teams. You will translate business questions into data requirements, define KPIs, and ensure insights are accessible, reliable, and aligned with strategic HR objectives.


What will you do?

Act as the primary liaison between HR stakeholders and the data &amp; analytics teams;
Translate HR business needs into clear data requirements, KPIs, and analytical use cases;
Analyze HR data across topics such as workforce planning, absenteeism, attrition, performance, diversity &amp; inclusion, and talent development;
Design, validate, and maintain HR dashboards and reports (e.g. in Power BI) to support data-driven HR decisions;
Interpret insights and translate them into clear recommendations for HR and leadership;
Ensure data quality, consistency, and correct interpretation of HR data in collaboration with data engineers and governance teams;
Contribute to HR data governance, definitions, and documentation;
Support change management by increasing data literacy within HR teams;
Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

 Who are you?

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, HR, Information Management, or a related field;
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably with HR or people-related data;
Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI);
Experience translating business questions into data models, KPIs, and insights;
Affinity with HR processes and employee lifecycle topics;
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
Ability to work in an Agile environment;
Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
