If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy optimizing IT services to enhance (end) user experience, this role is for you.

 

As Service Manager Workplaces, you will be responsible for ensuring a stable, secure, and efficient digital workplace. You will manage IT services, oversee workplace technologies, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to drive continuous improvement. With your expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows, mobile phone and Teams, you will play a key role in optimizing IT environments and supporting technology adoption.

 

Your Responsibilities 

  • Ensure a stable and secure digital workplace using Microsoft technologies.
  • Oversee IT service delivery following ITIL principles, managing incidents, problems, and changes.
  • Manage and coordinate external vendors to ensure high-quality workplace support.
  • Improve user experience and drive adoption of new workplace technologies.
  • Ensure security and compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on technological advancements and contribute to the digital workplace strategy.
  • Manage projects in a Agile way of working.

 

What do we ask of you? 

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in IT Service Management or Workplace Management.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows, and related technologies.
  • Experience with endpoint management and security in a hybrid workplace environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • At least five years of experience in vendor and contract management.
  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • and the ability to engage with different stakeholders.
