Brief description:
Execute the process of setting business targets and monitoring business performance in line with the company’s policies, procedures and governance.
Execute the performance improvement initiatives and make recommendations targeted at improving and safeguarding the company’s financial results.
SCOPE: Inbound Sales & Marketing[CV1] Finance
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the Annual and Half-Year Budget (delivering budget in line with the budget process)
- Act as a key Business Partner
- X-functional Business Partnering
- Build operational excellence in Finance
Further responsibilities:
- Business Partner for department Inbound (counterpart alignment)
- Take further actions out of EBIT improvement programs
- Month-end analyses
- Management reporting for Inbound
- KPI link to Finance performance (incl. analyses)
- Responsible for budgeting / forecasting process for Inbound
- Strategical, tactical and operational counterpart for the Inbound team
- Review of and feedback on business cases
- Execute key controls
