Finance Business Partner E-Waste Netherlands
Fulltime | RG12/13 | Based in the Netherlands (Waalwijk/ Dordrecht/ Eindhoven)
As part of Renewi’s Finance organisation, this role strengthens performance management, business partnering and value delivery for E-Waste Netherlands. The role supports harmonised ways of working, standardised processes and improved performance management to support decision-making.
Role purpose:
Support target setting, forecasting and performance monitoring in line with Renewi’s governance framework. Provide actionable insight and recommendations to improve EBITDA, safeguard financial results and enable operational decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
- Own site-level performance management, including P&L insight, actions and value delivery.
- Act as Finance Business Partner for E-Waste NL, translating operational KPIs into financial performance insight (focus on end-to-end insights).
- Drive EBITDA & Cashflow improvement initiatives and track value realisation
- Support budgeting, forecasting, business cases (incl. Capex) and tender calculations
- Contribute to Finance operational excellence through standardisation, continuous improvement and stronger decision support.

Profile:
3–6 years’ relevant experience | Bachelor’s degree | Strong Dutch and English communication & presentation skills
